This is the last home of this expatriate client before they left Asia. As covered in a previous post, he acquired his initial pieces from us more than two decades ago in their first home at the Peak. The furniture travelled with the family to Singapore and then came back and settled in this second home. Many of the pieces were reimagined in the roles they played, and new pieces were acquired with our assistance.
It is a joy seeing our furniture shines in its best beauty under their hands. A cabinet previously designed for TV/AV purpose in the living space is now repurposed as a cabinet for books lining the wall opposite to the master bed. It shows the timelessness and adaptability of well-designed and crafted piece of utilitarian art.

这是我们这外籍客户离开亚洲前的最后一处居所。之前一篇关于 山顶家居项目 的文章描述的就是他们的第一处居所。二十多年前我们替他们设计并制造第一批家具。之后这批家具跟着他们移居星家坡，几年后又从新落户香港这位处司徒拔道的居所。许多件家具在空间上扮演的角色都经过从新构思，而我们也帮助他们设计一些新的家具。
看到我们的家具在他们手中焕发出最美的光彩很是愉快。一个原本设计为客厅使用的电视/影音设备柜子，现在被用作书柜，摆放在主卧床对面的墙前。这充分展现了设计精良、工艺精湛的实用艺术品所蕴含的永恒魅力和可塑性。
